Bel Crest Builders, Inc. (BCB) is a premier general contracting and custom home building company based in Los Angeles, founded in 1990 by experienced builder Todd Nagler. With degrees from UCLA, The University of Chicago, and architectural training from SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture), Todd brings a refined architectural perspective to every project.
